Dr. Jörg Helbing is an experienced expert in intellectual property law with a strong background in both natural sciences and legal training. For more than three decades, he has supported companies in strategically protecting their innovations and systematically optimizing their IP portfolios. His particular focus lies in the fields of chemistry, biotechnology, and medical technology. He advises clients from the initial patent filing through to enforcement in litigation and provides both technical and strategic counsel on IP matters. His interdisciplinary expertise enables him to translate complex technical issues into precise legal strategies.
In addition to his legal practice, he is active as a lecturer on biochemical topics and advises companies on the effective and strategic use of their intellectual property rights.
