Thomas Henzler completed his studies in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Production Engineering at RWTH Aachen University (M.Sc. RWTH) and in Industrial Engineering at Tsinghua University (M.Sc. Tsinghua).
He has extensive expertise in various fields of mechanical engineering and electrical engineering, including computer-implemented inventions (software). In these areas of technology, he supports clients in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, enforcing patents in infringement and validity proceedings, and providing strategic patent advice on matters such as freedom to operate, employee inventions, licensing agreements, and competitive monitoring.
