Ziduan Fang is a European Patent Attorney and a representative before the Unified Patent Court (UPC). Since 2025, he has been with dompatent. He studied Computer Science at the University of Bonn and graduated with a Master of Science (M.Sc.).
His technical focus lies in information technology and software-related inventions, particularly in the fields of artificial intelligence, digital process optimization, and intelligent and sustainability-oriented technologies. He also advises on inventions in medical technology and automotive engineering.
Ziduan Fang provides comprehensive advice on intellectual property strategies and represents clients in opposition and nullity proceedings before the EPO and the UPC. He prepares legal opinions on infringement, freedom-to-operate, and patent validity, and supports international filing and litigation strategies, particularly with a focus on Asia.
