Dr. Mark Standke

Dr. Mark Standke is a physicist (M.Sc.) and holds a doctorate in natural sciences (Dr. rer. nat.) with a focus on physics. He has been with dompatent since 2023 and supports the firm as a German and European patent attorney trainee in the handling of national and international intellectual property proceedings.

His technical focus lies in information and communication technology, as well as in software-related inventions and applications of artificial intelligence. In addition, he has solid expertise in microchips, medical technology, renewable energy, as well as audio technology and acoustics.

Dr. Standke studied physics at the Universities of Bonn and Berkeley (B.Sc., M.Sc.) and subsequently earned his doctorate at the University of Bonn.

As part of his German and European patent attorney training, he advises clients in German and English. He is a member of the German Physical Society (DPG).
