Office closures due to Holidays 

Here you will find an overview of the public holidays on which our office is closed. Likewise provided is information concerning the expiry on these days of time-limits before the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA), the European Patent Office (EPO) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

* Please note that, on days on which our office is closed due to a public holiday but a time-limit nonetheless expires at the respective intellectual property office, this time-limit does not automatically extend to the next working day. We therefore kindly request that, in respect of time-limits expiring on such days, you provide us with your instructions by 12:00 CET on the preceding working day.

** The time-limit automatically extends to the next working day.
